How to sync your watch with your smart phone to update time and date:
Switch watch on: long press the side button for 3-5 seconds
Download the TFit app by scanning the QR code on our user manual, or search for “TFit” on Google Play or the Apple App store.
Open the TFit—Device—Add Device.(open your Bluetooth )
After successfully connecting, the watch can synchronize the time on the phone.
NOTE:
This smartwatch requires iOS 8.0 or Android OS 4.2 or above, and Bluetooth 4.0 or later (suitable for smartphones only, not suitable for PCs or Tablets). Works with the customized “TFIT” app.
